What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, with original tags attached. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
I want to return my purchase -- what do I do?
Making returns is easy; simply mail the items you would like to return to the address below. Please include your order number (a copy of your order confirmation email will do nicely) along with your package so there is no delay in receiving your refund. Send returns to:

How many days do I have to return a product?

Who pays return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
No, as long as everything is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with tags still attached, it can be returned.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the same credit card used in the original purchase.
Will I be refunded sales tax?
If you are a California resident, you will also be refunded the sales tax you were charged.

It is possible to pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California – all other states will not be charged sales tax.
